WHY THE AGO ANNUAL FUND?

Actually, the answer is quite simple. There are five areas that are funded by the generosity of members who contribute nationally above their annual dues.

(1) Helps underwrite local operating expenses and scholarship assistance for Pipe Organ Encounters.

(2) Helps pay the $40,000 annual premium for liability insurance that covers hundreds of chapter-sponsored events each year.

(3) Subsidizes reduced membership dues for students and senior citizens.

(4) Helps underwrite commissions of new music performed at national conventions.

(5) Helps pay for the development and production of new educational resources such as CDs, videos, and DVDs.
