Pipe Organ Encounter

Welcome to the world of Pipe Organ Encounters, the most successful outreach program sponsored by the American Guild of Organists!  POEs offer teenagers and adults opportunities to learn more about the pipe organ and its construction, receive instruction with experienced faulty, visit, hear and play outstanding instruments, and meet and interact with peers who share an interest in the King of Instruments. Pipe Organ Encounter programs are overseen by the Committee on the New Organist (CONO), a part of the education programs offered by the AGO.

San Diego recently hosted its 5th Pipe Organ Encounter. Campers were treated to a week of great teaching and concerts.
