Centennial Organ Recital: Dr. Alison Leudecke

Dr. Alison Luedeke will give the next recital in the series of events celebrating the Organ Centennial at Mission Hills UCC. The recital will include Flor Peeters’ "Lied Symphony", Hal Hopson’s Concertato on the familiar hymn “For the Beauty of the Earth”, and Mary Beth Bennett’s Prelude on the hymn “All Things Bright and Beautiful.” It will also feature Alexandre Guilmant’s "Funeral March and Seraphic Song" that was performed at the dedication recital 100 years ago in memory of the church's first Pastor.
